Administer suite of institutional surveys (e.g., senior survey, post-graduation survey, National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE), the Healthy Minds Study Student Survey) by programming surveys into Qualtrics, collaborating with stakeholders on survey design, coordinating with third-parties on survey distribution, troubleshooting technical issues, preparing and analyzing survey data. Conduct institutional research and produce internal reports for academic and administrative units by coordinating the publication of the annual Fact Book, identifying appropriate data sources, writing and maintaining database queries, analyzing census data, compiling historical trend data, and creating tables, charts, and visualizations with tools such as Excel and Tableau.
