Working in close partnership with departmental leaders, clinical vice chairs, division directors, and administrative partners, the Associate Director develops and continuously improves systems, workflows, and service models that ensure physician and faculty readiness, enhance service delivery, reduce administrative burden, and support departmental priorities. Description: Reporting to the Director of Programs (for faculty affairs and administration), the Associate Director of Programs (for faculty administration) provides strategic leadership, oversight, and operational management for key administrative functions that support the Department and its faculty.
