The core Success Factors include: Instill Trust and Value Differences Patient and Community Focus and Collaborate RESPONSIBILITIES: For Clinical Research Programs: Conducts research protocols in conjunction with project staff, which may include, but are not limited to: (1) data entry, data cleaning, data analyses, and data programming tasks as needed, (2) assisting in the recruitment of participants including telephone screening efforts, (3) assisting research assistants in participant visits, (4) assisting in the collection, processing and storing of various biospecimens, (5) literature reviews. May serve as a liaison to research participants, reminding them of upcoming clinical appointments and monitoring progress between visits For Basic Research Programs: Under supervision of the Principal Investigator or designee, perform basic laboratory experiments in the program field.
