Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) management for core infrastructure, including continuity planning, disaster recovery preparedness, recovery testing, failover coordination, dependency validation, recovery documentation, and remediation of identified gaps to help ensure critical cloud, database, network, firewall, and AI-enabled platform services meet required resiliency and recovery objectives. The successful candidate will help drive resilient, secure, and scalable cloud operations across infrastructure and platform services, with an emphasis on automation, remediation, monitoring, database platform support, AI-enabled infrastructure support, lifecycle management, service management, release and deployment management, and governance.
