Uses mathematics involving the practical application of fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions; or measurements, logarithmic, or geometric construction; may use algebraic solutions of equations and inequalities, descriptive statistics, deductive geometry, plane and solid and rectangular coordinates; mathematical and classifications or schemes. This job works under limited supervision and formulates long-range goals for the organization, develop policy and position papers and negotiates with the Building Commissioner, the Director of Development Servies, the chief administrative officer and/or elected officials.
