Administer natural resource planning programs related to the Brown County Urban Service Area Water Quality Management Plan as it relates to urban area wastewater facility planning, sanitary sewer extensions, large onsite systems, areawide water quality planning, sewer service area amendments, environmentally sensitive area amendments, providing technical assistance to the public, and updates to the Brown County Sewage Plan. Performs work of considerable difficulty in the administration and enforcement of the Brown County Land Division and Subdivision Ordinance (Chapter 21of the Brown County Code), Brown County Urban Service Area Water Quality Management Plan, and Water Quality Management grants, including the review of subdivisions, sewer service extensions, and environmental impacts.
