Summary: Duration: 4 Months Shift: 8H Days : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or a related field Minimum of four (4) years of experience in corporate training or organizational development is required Demonstrated strong facilitation skills in complex topics and content such as leadership development, organizational development, and Human Resource policy and process changes based on principles of adult learning theories Demonstrated outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated successful program and project management skills including change management Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority within the organization Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high-pace, ever-changing, and complex environment Demonstrated ability to engage in effective consulting which includes the ability to: provide assessment, development, coaching, and implementation of consulting services with internal clients to achieve business results which are aligned with the organizational mission, vision, values, and strategy Required Certifications: Certified as a DiSC facilitator and practitioner Preferred Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide Learning Management System Support: Provide support and backup for our internal LMS Systems Administrator as needed in areas such as database administration, user support, tracking, reporting, and troubleshooting Prior experience working in the healthcare industry
