The team's responsibilities center on gathering and refining enhancement requests, translating business needs into feature sheets and requirements, maintaining a strategy-aligned roadmap across systems and process changes, coordinating cross-system planning, supporting workshops and design sessions, and driving clear communication on project status, priorities, releases, and impacts. The Stakeholder Governance and Program Management (SG&PM) team serves as the connective tissue across the FS team partnering with system users, business leaders, application delivery teams, ITS, and global stakeholders to move finance-led enhancements from intake through planning and delivery.
