Your Responsibilities:Perform, coordinate, and oversee routine, preventive, corrective, emergency, and scheduled maintenance for building systems, common areas, and facility assets, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, painting, flooring, pools, and life safety systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge of building systems, excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency with maintenance management software and administrative processes, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to residents and stakeholders.
