This onsite role offers a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support both administrative operations and front desk responsibilities in a highly visible position. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 9AM-3PM. About You: <ul><li>2+ years of administrative, reception, or office support experience</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>High level of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)</li><li>Strong business writing and communication skills</li></ul> The Job: <ul><li>Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling for the team</li><li>Handle front desk reception duties, including answering calls and welcoming guests</li><li>Maintain and organize marketing materials, client communications, and electronic files</li><li>Oversee conference room bookings, catering, expenses, and invoices</li><li>Assist with team events, recruiting, and special projects as needed </li></ul> This contract opportunity is onsite from May through November, working a 9AM-3PM, and is paying up to $30/hour.
