The Associate, MFD Rotational will: Complete a structured 24-month rotation across MFD operational departments, including Base File, Title, Conditions, Eligibility, MST, Closing, and Funding Prepare and review initial and final loan disclosures (RESPA, TILA, TRID), initial/final Closing Disclosures, flood certificates, appraisals, and insurance policies Analyze title abstracts, recorded deeds, liens, UCC filings, and AUS findings/product profiles to resolve property title issues and assess condo eligibility Evaluate borrower income documentation against underwriting guidelines to calculate qualifying income and progress toward income certification Manage daily pipeline loan queues to ensure timeliness, documentation validation, and prompt customer inquiry resolution Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values What You'll Bring Recent college graduate with a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to apply critical thinking Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and take on a variety of assignments Comfortable working within a fast-changing environment Moderate skills proficiency with Google Suite/ MS Office products Why You Should Join As one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
