This position is expected to be both strategic and hands-on, managing a team of 4-6 while providing leadership across treasury operations, governance, technology enablement, banking strategy, risk management, and cross-functional partnership with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, IT, Audit, and external financial partners. The Treasury Director & Assistant Treasurer is responsible for supporting the VP, Treasurer with the company’s global treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, debt and investments, foreign exchange risk management, treasury technology, banking relationships, controls, and acquisition integration.
