This role assists with training through multiple formats, including in-person sessions, live virtual training, video resources, and pre-recorded materials, with a focus on the Epic Agency Management System and related tools. Serve as a key member of the New Agency Integration Team, supporting onboarding activities for newly acquired agencies, including data conversion, testing, and training.
