The Corporate Paralegal will support the Corporate practice group by preparing legal documents for clients including overseeing IPO transaction tasks, prepare deal documents, provide pre-closing, closing and post-closing assistance, and conduct legal research. Prepare deal documents, including disclosures, exhibits, SEC filings, questionnaires, financing statements, cusip number applications, purchase agreements and merger agreements.
