Duties and Responsibilities: Design, develop, implement, and facilitate technical training programs for our Austin manufacturiung facility and our Services sites in North America, including but not limited to new hire onboarding, on-the-job training, and technical career paths for direct and indirect employee populations. The right applicant possesses the tactical knowledge of designing, developing, and facilitating programs, policies, and procedures that make a complex process clear for leaders and employees to understand and carry out.
