Responsibilities include but are not limited to, preparing e-filings for court, scheduling depositions where many parties are involved, maintaining attorneys' calendars, opening new files, time entry (Aderant), preparing expense reports (ChromeRiver), and day-to-day responsibilities. Required experience and skills: <ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of e-filing experience </li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team, to assist attorneys </li><li>Excellent communication skills, including attention to detail in writing </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) </li><li>Document Management System (DMS) experience (iManage) </li></ul>Compensation: $30.22-$35.71 per hour (based on a 35-hour work week), DOE Swanson Martin & Bell, LLP offers an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, qualified transportation benefits, life insurance, vacation and sick time, holiday pay, and 401(k).
