The officer will be stationed at one designated property for the duration of their shift and will be responsible for regularly monitoring the entire site, documenting activity, and responding appropriately to incidents, concerns, and interactions with residents, customers, employees, and visitors. Immediately report emergencies, security concerns, disturbances, property damage, or other significant incidents to the appropriate supervisor and/or emergency services when necessary.
