Act as an advocate for assigned resident(s) with outside entities, which provide needed programs & services (e.g., housing, employment, alcohol, substance abuse, prescription drugs) in order to determine client eligibility, ensure program criterion are met, identify barriers to success and ways to overcome such. The physical ability to travel to assigned locations, stand, stoop, bend, reach, pull, push, lift, grasp, climb, talk, see, hear and perform basic and light home maintenance activities, and operate office equipment.
