Traveling Superintendent - Multi-Family North Canton, Ohio (Travel - Nationwide) Direct Hire Salary: $90,000-120,000 (BOE), travel expenses, per diem, Benefits, paid trips home, 401k, PTO, Holiday, etc. As a Construction Traveling Superintendent, you'll spend your days on the road, traveling to various project sites to keep everything running smoothly. Your role is a hands-on mix of leadership, coordination, and problem-solving.<h4>Jobsite Relationships & Management</h4><ul><li>Supervise construction crews and occasionally self-perform tasks.</li><li>Travel to out-of-town projects as needed.</li><li>Resolve issues efficiently, foster team alignment, and model our core values daily.</li></ul>Maintaining the Schedule<ul><li>Direct subcontractors and vendors to keep work on track.</li><li>Maintain and update the schedule, solve problems that could cause delays, and assist with field reporting and inspections.</li><li>Step in to self-perform rough/finish carpentry or jobsite cleanup as necessary.</li></ul>Managing Onsite Job Costs<ul><li>Inspect trade work and track field-related cost impacts.</li><li>Coordinate with Project Managers to keep project costs within budget.</li></ul>Safety & Quality<ul><li>Monitor and enforce jobsite safety protocols.</li><li>Lead weekly safety meetings and verify all subcontractor compliance.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized site while ensuring quality standards are met.</li></ul>Punch List & Closeout<ul><li>Oversee final punch list creation, assignment, and completion.</li><li>Coordinate with field personnel and subs to ensure every detail is finalized.</li><li>Evaluate subcontractor performance for review.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>5-7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up/renovation multifamily or commercial projects</li><li>Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics</li><li>Proficiency with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Willingness to travel nationwide - with company-covered lodging and per diem</li></ul> Welcome to ConsultNet and the family of companies, Tekne, SaltClick, TechBridge, and OmniMedia. Party Savvy, Stark County’s leader in the event rental industry, seeks a detail-oriented and customer-focused Event Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating exceptional event experiences by understanding client needs and recommending the right rental products. From handling inquiries to coordinating event details, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, closing sales, and ensuring seamless event planning in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Respond to incoming phone calls, texts, web requests, and emails promptly and professionally.</li><li>Make outbound calls to update and maintain business contact information.</li><li>Greet clients in our Design Center, providing guidance on rental products.</li><li>Consult with clients to understand their event needs, making tailored recommendations and identifying upselling opportunities.</li><li>Create event layouts and ensure all details are accurately recorded.</li><li>Follow up on quotes and leads in line with department goals.</li><li>Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive retention and repeat business.</li><li>Proactively address and resolve customer concerns.</li><li>Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to foster relationships with industry professionals.</li><li>Travel to offsite locations as needed for client consultations.</li><li>Engage with clients planning weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, and parties, ensuring all rental needs are met.</li><li>Accurately enter and manage order details in rental software.</li><li>Coordinate event logistics, including delivery, pickup, setup, and teardown, while occasionally assisting with these tasks as needed.</li><li>Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and team members.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul>  Schedule: <ul><li>The typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
