p>REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work-related experience • 5 years commercial property and casualty underwriting experience • Must have Construction underwriting expertise • Desire to develop deep knowledge and demonstrate thought leadership in designated specialty • AU, CIC, ARM, CRM, CRIS or CPCU designations preferred • Proficient computer skills required, including Microsoft Office Suite • Demonstrated successful ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines • Strong interpersonal skills include the ability to effectively build relationships across all levels of the organization • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers • Travel required up to 10%.
