The RRT will operate within department/institutional procedures and guidelines in conjunction with the American Association of Respiratory Care (AARC)guidelines to function independently using critical thinking to master the following skills: cardiopulmonary assessment, mechanical ventilation, noninvasive ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, Artline insertion, airway management, RT Bedside procedures, assist providers with bedside procedures, management of specialty gases, rt driven protocols, and external education support. Today, our employees are located at our three major campuses in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, Jacksonville, Florida, Rochester, Minnesota, and at Mayo Clinic Health System campuses throughout Midwestern communities, and at our international locations.
