POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Pastoral Care, the Chaplain will provide both individuals and groups spiritual and religious support including performance of individual and family counseling, guidance and education to patients, their families and TMC Medical Center Market management and staff regarding worship services, crisis counseling, spiritual, religious, emotional, cultural and relational issues as well as end of life issues. Through its subsidiaries, UHS operates inpatient acute care facilities, inpatient behavioral health facilities, outpatient and other facilities, nationwide virtual behavioral health services, an insurance offering, a physician network and various related services with physical locations in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Ireland and United Kingdom.
