The Social Worker I will provide services that include but are not limited to enrollment; assessment; home visits; information and referrals; housing stabilization; landlord mediation; eviction prevention support; assistance with budgeting and/or money management; assistance with accessing government benefits; developing a Housing and Services Plan; and coordinating client relief and housing-related financial assistance to help clients maintain safety and long-term housing stability.
