The Director of Student Engagement takes primary responsibility for developing all phases of Wildcat Welcome (new student orientation), creating a comprehensive and progressive co-curricular student leadership development program for student organizations, fraternities, and sororities, supporting residence hall programming, and serving as the primary advisor to the Campus Programming Council (CPC).
