The CRO contributes to the overall leadership of the bank through participation at the executive level in the development of strategic and operating objectives and plans and also serves as a member of senior committees of the bank, including the Management Executive Committee (MEC), Asset/Liability Committee (ALCO), Country Risk Committee, Disclosure Committee, Budget Committee, Loan Committee (CLC), and a number of other governance and operating committees. Leadership, talent strategy, workforce planning, development, performance management, direction, and day-to-day management for the Risk Management Group (RMG) to ensure effective allocation and deployment of resources in alignment with strategic objectives and the CoBank's business plan, as well as with CoBank's strategy and mission.
