Enter and process HR transactions into the Workday system, including job changes, new hires, cost center changes, time off requests, and supervisor changesManage and respond to requests coming through the HRIS inbox, supporting HR and Talent Acquisition teamsSupport a large-scale project migrating legacy performance reviews from Word into WorkdayAssist with data validation and auditing to ensure accuracy and integrity across HR recordsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee informationCollaborate closely with the HRIS Manager and team to support day-to-day operations. 1-3 years of experience in data entry, HRIS support, or HR operationsAny HRIS system experience is acceptable; Workday experience is a strong plusProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and WordStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyTrustworthy and professional when handling confidential informationEnergetic, proactive, and eager to grow within an HR/HRIS functionBachelor's degree highly preferred .
