Level 2 & 3: Designs and performs steady-state analyses, dynamic stability analyses, and electromagnetic transient analyses using power system simulation models (PSSE, VSAT, TSAT, PowerWorld, and/or PSCAD) under the direction of a senior level engineer or management.
