Schedule
Full-Time. Core hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Minimum 2 days on-site per week, up to 3 days telework, after a mandatory 2-month full-time on-site acclimation period.

The Administrative Assistant provides basic clerical and administrative support within USCP's Office of Information Services, keeping daily operations organized and efficient.
What You'll Do
Serve as timekeeper for approximately 30 federal employee staff using USCP's timekeeping system (Infor Workforce Management / Workbrain), ensuring all timecards are received, verified, and complete.
Maintain, track, and file time and attendance (T&A) records for future retrieval.
Process physical door access/entry requests to support OIS Security Managers in tracking and revising access in accordance with USCP Security Service Bureau (SSB) policies.
Collect and maintain up-to-date Division Personnel information on office documents, including the organizational chart, office phone list, and emergency contact lists.
Scan and upload materials into pre-created folders in SharePoint and/or MS Teams.
Facilitate occasional leadership administrative requests, such as reserving conference rooms or revising PowerPoint presentations.
Support the IRMD Associate Director with tracking IT equipment assignments for approximately 12 contractors.
Monitor and manage office supply inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels.
Collect, coordinate, and prepare quarterly office supply order requests.
Fulfill printing requests (e.g., business cards, glossy materials).
Perform basic front desk administrative duties: receiving and distributing mail, filing materials, and making photocopies.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
What You'll Need
At least 1-2 years of experience providing general, basic administrative support.
Basic proficiency using the MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
Quick learner on MS Visio, SharePoint, and M365 (particularly Teams).
Strong attention to detail.
Good customer service skills.
Proactive approach to seeking information needed to succeed in daily duties.
Flexibility in approach to the delivery of work.
Good organization and time management skills.
