Candidates must possess active Illinois Property & Casualty Licenses and State Farm Insurance Agency experience
Licenses:- Property & Casualty (P&C) license REQUIRED
- Life & Health license preferred
Experience:- State Farm Insurance Agency experience REQUIRED
Location: – (North Center) Chicago 60618
Office Hours:Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (No evenings, no weekends)
Commute: Short commute preferred
About the Role:We’re hiring a
replacement State Farm Agent team member to join our office as a
generalist. You’ll handle
customer service for existing policyholders and support
new prospects with protection conversations—
not “one-and-done” work.
What You’ll Do:
1) Help Current Policyholders
- Handle customer service inquiries with accuracy and care
- Address gaps during conversations by asking relevant questions
- Offer/maximize discounts when available (where permitted)
- Help customers upgrade coverage to protect what matters
- Pivot to additional products when appropriate
2) Help New Prospects
Handle new leads from:- referrals
- call-ins / walk-ins
- social media
- internet leads
- StateFarm.com leads
- and other sources
