HVAC Project Coordinator

Coordination of the HVAC commercial projects.

Essential Functions of Project Coordinator:

• Assist with document control for projects as required for management team
• Assist in establishing job close-out schedules and implement specific procedures for close-out including submittals of as-builds, O&M manuals and Owner's training
• Coordinate jobsite office requirements, as well as removal and storage
• Review for compliance with contract documents

Experience of Project Coordinator:

• 3+ years experience in construction industrys
• Coordinate jobsite office requirements, as well as removal and storage
• Demonstrate an understanding of Codes and regulations associated with HVAC
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify, address and solve job site problems
