Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable
- HR administrative support
- Assist in Purchasing and Inventory Control
- General office administrative tasks
- Other varied duties that our dynamic business may require
Position Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of related professional experience
- Higher education/degree preferred but not required
- Quick Books competence a plus
- Microsoft Office experience with strength in MS Excel
- Strong work ethic - produces a high level of output
- Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to lead out in assigned areas and consistently follow through
- Outstanding teamwork and communication skills
- Customer service orientation with proven ability to delight customers
