The community provides post-hospital and short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, respite services, specialized memory support for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, and assisted/senior living services . The facility also incorporates a Balance in Action program within its assisted living community , giving clinicians the opportunity to contribute to programs focused on maintaining function, mobility, independence, and quality of life.
