Reporting directly to the Site Director, the coordinator serves as a subject matter expert for TK/K programming and works collaboratively with site staff to ensure our youngest members experience a safe, joyful, and enriching environment every day. Through intentional lesson planning, relationship-based teaching, and developmentally appropriate practices, this position creates engaging experiences that foster social-emotional growth, early literacy and numeracy, creativity, physical development, and school readiness.
