ATR is the Navy’s East Coast open-air test range and provides real-time test and evaluation (T&E) services including data acquisition, instrumentation, data analysis, recording, test management, and airspace management to DoD and commercial customers for live aircraft and weapons system testing and training mission support. In lieu of a BS Degree, a High School diploma or equivalent GED and a total of 9 years of work experience performing the stated or similar function, or an Associate’s Degree and a total of seven 7 years of related work experience may be accepted as a minimum requirement for Journeyman level.
