Within SourcePoint's Fiscal/Operations department, the team manages day-to-day bookkeeping, grant tracking, and internal audits, while providing critical financial reports to senior leadership, the board of directors, and funding agencies. Qualifications & Skills: The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field with 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience, a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
