Associate degree in Accounting or Business Administration or 3-4 years of relevant experience• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records• Data entry skills• Protect the organization''s value by keeping information confidential• Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (JDE or other full-scale ER software)• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail• Ability to work extended hours when necessary for business needs• Experience working in construction is a plus• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
