It is not intended for: specialist teachers, guidance counselors, ABA Specialists, BCBAs, social workers, school psychologists, school librarians, adjustment counselors, student services coordinators, paraprofessionals, principals, heads of school, school secretaries or assistants, custodians, assistant principals, other school leadership or central office positions, or substitute teachers. We encourage our teachers and staff to continuously work to develop their own racial/cultural awareness alongside their colleagues (and authentic relationships) to allow for cultural learning and understanding with students and families in order to continue efforts for all.
