Operate constant flow sprayers, variable rate applicators, and dry spreaders safely and efficiently Apply pre- and post-emergent chemicals, insecticides, lime, and dry and liquid fertilizers to producer fields Evaluate product labels to ensure proper application rates and usage Maneuver sprayer into proper position on producers land while avoiding damage to property Prevent chemical spills; clean up any spillage immediately and report issues to supervisor. What we are looking for: Valid operators license and Commercial Chemical Applicators license required CDL Class A or B with HazMat and Tanker endorsements required (or obtainable within 90 days) Ability to operate constant and variable rate sprayers, dry spreaders, anhydrous stations, and nurse tanks Strong math skills including proportions, percentages, and volume calculations Effective communicator with customers and coworkers.
