Develop a multidisciplinary, independent research program related to food security (i.e. food systems, food processing, food distribution, product development, food waste, food toxicology, etc.) through the generation of extramural research funding. The Research Assistant/ Associate Professor will develop an integrated program involving research and teaching focused on health, sustainability, and/or accessibility of foods/food security.
