Collaborates with campus partners and makes student referrals as necessary to the Teaching & Learning Center, Office of Accessibility Resources, Writing Center, Counseling & Student Development Center, Library & IT, deans, department chairs, faculty, student success coaches, etc. Serves as the Teaching & Learning Center liaison on the Academic Advising Committee, and participates in a weekly Community of Practice with Student Success Coaches and academic Support Specialists in the Colleges of Arts & Sciences, Management, and Engineering.
