Neither Rainbow Restoration ("Franchisor") nor its affiliates have the power to: (1) hire, fire or modify the employment condition of franchisees employees; (2) supervise and control franchisees employee work schedule or conditions of employment; (3) determine the rate and method of payment; or (4) accept, review or maintain franchisee employment records. This position requires the ability to perform restoration field work, including lifting and moving equipment and materials, working in residential and commercial environments, climbing stairs and ladders, and working for extended periods while standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks.
