At Compass You Will: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of routine and mission-critical commercial contracts (including professional services agreements, master services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, license agreements, and various technology hardware and software agreements, including AI agreements) that support and enable our business operations across all areas of the company. The Workplace Operations/Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing the field relationship with third-party providers responsible for facilities-related work, including related projects, and will maintain base building property manager relationships, acting as the representative on the lease for each building in the portfolio.
