Qualifications:5+ years of residential construction experience, with significant experience in a Superintendent, Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or similar field leadership roleExperience managing custom homes, luxury residential projects, major remodels, or complex residential constructionStrong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, plans, and building practicesExperience coordinating and managing subcontractors and trade partnersAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong communication and client-facing skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-moving environmentComfortable using technology for communication, scheduling, documentation, and project coordinationValid driver's license and reliable transportationExperience working in the Park City or Utah luxury residential construction market is a plus, but we are open to strong candidates with the right high-end residential background.
