In this role, you'll be directly supporting the VP, Talent and VP, Workplace & Real Estate to strategically manage day-to-day administrative and operational needs, infuse Figma's culture and values in the work to create a meaningful Figmate experience, and cross-functionally collaborate with the broader People Org and stakeholders across Figma.
