Job Description: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager, or designee, with-in the framework of the RN license, participates in the following activities: Act as a change agent, developing clinically effective practice through the effective Utilization and integration of evidence; setting, implementing and monitoring evidence Based policies, procedures and protocols. Assesses, plans and implements nursing care of the patient recovering from moderate sedation and anesthesia, utilizing special skills, knowledge and judgment in observing, reporting and responding to symptoms and condition of patients and adheres to established philosophy, policies and procedures.
