Assists in training New-Hires and Coverage Staff in SCO policies and procedures as well as day-to-day operations of the Day Hab Instructors including how to run community outings and group activities, fill out paperwork, run inter-office mail run, setup with UKG, LMS trainings etc. Develops and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, volunteer sites, family members/advocates of participants, outside agency personnel, coverage staff, etc.
