The licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in this position will fulfill the state-contracted Central Florida Behavioral Health Hub role by providing a combination of care coordination and psychotherapy for children with a broad array of diagnoses, including but not limited to adjustment to ADHD, depression, anxiety and autism spectrum disorders. Provide services to address social needs of patients receiving care, including but not limited to, domestic violence, psychiatric emergency cases, child abuse, family disputes, end of life and bereavement, Social Drivers of Health, and compliance with treatment.
