Work with the campus admissions team to provide the best possible experience for future students at every interaction by using the consultative call flow to personalize the call, summarize the call topic, resolve open issues, review overall status and recap next steps; document communication with students; initiating changes in student statuses requested by students; coordinating and participating in the Registration/Orientation process; and communicate with Campus Admissions Representative as appropriate while using soft skills to listen, empathize, inform, be conversational, build enthusiasm and create urgency. Overview: The Campus Admissions Manager (CAM), in partnership with the Regional Campus Admissions Director, will provide training, coaching and mentorship to Campus Admissions Representatives to achieve specified graduate outcomes.
