DescriptionSpecialization: Anesthesiology Job Summary:HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is looking for Anesthesiology Assistant who are passionate about high quality patient care and working with a collaborative group at HCA Florida University Hospital in Davie, FL.   Qualified Candidates/Opportunity Highlights:<ul><li>Team of 10 General Anesthesiologists, 14 APPs covering 9 sites of service</li><li>Diverse mix of cases including General, GI, Obstetrics, Neuro, Complex Neuro/Spine and Bariatric.</li><li>Ped experience desirable but not required. Pediatric Anesthesiologists on the team. Level III NICU. </li><li>OB experience required. Additional $10K stipend offered.</li><li>Neuro experience preferred. Additional $10K stipend offered.</li><li>Schedule available is 4, 10s. </li><li>Required Beeper Call: Second call- 1 week day and  1:4 weekends per month. Fri, 5:30p- 10:00p, Sat 7a-7p, Sun 7a-7p</li></ul>Incentive and Benefits Package:<ul><li>W-2, Employed position with HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services</li><li>$75,000 Start Date Bonus with a 3-year commitment and relocation assistance available</li><li>Competitive compensation. Generalists are NOT required to perform cardiac cases or treat small children (<2 years of age). Limited skills in regional anesthesia and the ability to anesthetize older children are helpful. </li></ul><ul><li>Applicants should be comfortable supervising residents, CRNAs, and SRNAs. </li></ul><ul><li>Applicants should also feel comfortable performing cases on their own if required. </li></ul><ul><li>Applicants should be able to participate in the department's academic activities, including teaching and mentoring trainees and participating in departmental conferences and faculty meetings. </li></ul><ul><li>Call is expected to be 3-4 overnight calls per month (some calls may be from home).
