Provide inpatient and outpatient care for transplant recipients, including immediate post-transplant management, long-term graft surveillance, immunosuppression management, infection prevention, and treatment of transplant-related complications. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with transplant surgeons, nephrologists, advanced practice providers, coordinators, pharmacists, nurses, social workers, dietitians, histocompatibility specialists, and other institutional partners.
